Parts in stock are dispatched the same working day and delivered next working day by DPD, anywhere in mainland UK. You get a tracking link by email or text.
Small parts such as gaskets, actuators and kits may go by Royal Mail Tracked when it is the faster or simpler option. Tracked and signed for.
Collect your order from our Rushden workshop, Unit 3B Sanders Lodge, NN10 6BQ, Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00. Please call before you come so it is packed and waiting.
Around Rushden our van delivers and collects on regular runs - handy for garages sending us units to recondition. Ask when you order.
Online, by phone or WhatsApp. We check the part fits your vehicle before it ships.
Stock parts are packed in our own box and handed to the courier the same working day.

Some turbochargers, hybrids and injectors are built or reconditioned to order in our workshop. The product page shows this; typical lead time is 2-3 weeks and we will confirm the date when you order. Delivery is still free and tracked.
Exchange parts (reconditioned injectors and turbochargers) carry a refundable surcharge - a deposit for your old unit. Send the old part back in the box your new one came in and we refund the surcharge in full when it arrives. For reconditioning and DPF cleaning we can arrange collection of your part; call us and we will book it.

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the box is damaged or a part is missing, tell us as soon as possible - ideally the same day - with a photo, and we will sort out a replacement or return. See also our terms and conditions.
