Fuel Injectors
We test fuel injectors on calibrated equipment for spray pattern, back-leak and delivery, then ultrasonically clean, replace worn parts and recalibrate so the set matches. Common-rail diesel and petrol/GDI — fixing rough running, misfires and smoke at the source.
How it works
Each injector is measured against spec so we can see exactly which are out and by how much.
Ultrasonic cleaning and replacement of worn internal components and seals.
Injectors are re-tested and calibrated so the whole set delivers evenly.
You get the results, then fit at our branch or have the set couriered back.
Why Turbo Speed
Measured before and after, so you replace only the injectors that are genuinely faulty.
Recalibrated to deliver evenly — smoother running and better economy.
When an injector is not worth saving, we tell you and quote a new or exchange unit.

FAQ
We test injectors on calibrated equipment to measure spray pattern, back-leak and delivery against specification, ultrasonically clean them, replace worn components, then re-test and calibrate so each injector matches. You get a measured result, not a guess.
Yes — common-rail diesel injectors (including piezo and solenoid types) and petrol/GDI injectors. Send the part numbers or vehicle details and we will confirm what we can do and the price.
MPI and GDI injectors are £24 inc. VAT (£20 + VAT) each. Piezo injectors are £42 inc. VAT (£35 + VAT) each. Ultrasonic cleaning with replacement seals is £18 inc. VAT (£15 + VAT) extra per injector, for both types. Every injector comes back with its test report.
Rough running, misfires, smoke, poor starting or high fuel use can all point to injectors. Testing tells you which injectors are out of spec so you only pay to fix what is actually wrong.
Yes. If an injector is beyond economical repair we can supply new or reconditioned exchange units. We will always tell you when replacement is the better value.
Testing and regeneration is typically a couple of working days depending on parts and workload. Let us know if it is urgent.
