How does the exchange surcharge work?

Reconditioned pumps are sold on exchange. A refundable surcharge of £150 per pump is added to your order and refunded when we receive your old pump. New genuine pumps have no surcharge.

What should be checked when a high pressure pump fails?

A failed common rail pump can send metal particles into the fuel rail, pipes and injectors. Before fitting a replacement pump, the fuel system should be flushed, the filter replaced and the injectors checked. We can test your injectors on our bench and give you a report.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is free. Fuel pumps in stock are delivered the next working day in the UK. Fuel pumps we do not hold in stock are delivered in 1-3 working days.
