Vehicle manufacturers use their own numbers for this pump: Other references 221000R020 (22100-0R020), 221000R021 (22100-0R021), 294000030X (294000-030X), 294000086X (294000-086X), DENSO2940000300 (DENSO 294000-0300), DENSO2940001020 (DENSO 294000-1020), DENSO2940002620 (DENSO 294000-2620), DENSODCRP301020 (DENSO DCRP301020), DENSODCRP302620 (DENSO DCRP302620), TOYOTA221000R020 (TOYOTA 22100-0R020), TOYOTA221000R021 (TOYOTA 22100-0R021), TOYOTA221000R050 (TOYOTA 22100-0R050).

What is the difference between reconditioned and new genuine Denso?

All fit the same vehicles. Reconditioned is an original Denso pump rebuilt in our workshop and tested on our own bench, supplied with its test report. New genuine is an unused original Denso pump. All carry 12 months warranty.

How does the exchange surcharge work?

Reconditioned pumps are sold on exchange. A refundable surcharge of £200 per pump is added to your order and refunded when we receive your old pump. New genuine pumps have no surcharge.

What should be checked when a high pressure pump fails?

A failed common rail pump can send metal particles into the fuel rail, pipes and injectors. Before fitting a replacement pump, the fuel system should be flushed, the filter replaced and the injectors checked. We can test your injectors on our bench and give you a report.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is free. Fuel pumps in stock are delivered the next working day in the UK. Fuel pumps we do not hold in stock are delivered in 1-3 working days.

Can I return a pump?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the pump unused and unfitted for a refund; you pay the return postage. If a pump is faulty, it is covered by the 12 months warranty.

What warranty do I get?

12 months on every pump we sell.
