Is 33800-4X450 the same injector as EJBR05501D?
Yes. Vehicle manufacturers use their own numbers for this injector: Kia 338004X450 (33800-4X450). The Delphi exchange number is HRD320.
What is the difference between reconditioned, Delphi exchange and new genuine Delphi?
All fit the same vehicles. Reconditioned is an original Delphi injector rebuilt in our workshop and tested on our own bench, supplied with its test report. Delphi exchange is an injector remanufactured by Delphi at the factory and sold under the exchange number HRD320. New genuine is an unused original Delphi injector. All carry 12 months warranty.
How does the exchange surcharge work?
Reconditioned and Delphi exchange injectors are sold on exchange. A refundable surcharge of £50 per injector is added to your order and refunded when we receive your old injector. New genuine injectors have no surcharge.
Does this injector need coding after fitting?
Most common rail injectors carry a correction code printed on the injector body (Bosch IMA, Delphi C2i/C3i, Siemens VDO IIC). If your engine management uses injector coding, the code of each fitted injector has to be entered with a diagnostic tool.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free. Injectors in stock are delivered the next working day in the UK. Injectors we do not hold in stock are delivered in 1-3 working days.
Can I return an injector?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the injector unused and unfitted for a refund; you pay the return postage. If an injector is faulty, it is covered by the 12 months warranty.
