Volvo S40 turbochargers

We list 14 turbochargers for the Volvo S40 (644 and 544), built 1995-2012. 5 of them are on the shelf now. Prices from £210 inc. VAT. They are grouped below by engine - 1.9 DI, 1.6 D, 2.0 CDI, 2.0 D, 2.4 CDI, D2, D3 and D4 - with the power outputs and years each one fits.

Reconditioned turbos are stripped, cleaned, rebuilt with new bearings and seals, balanced and tested in our own workshop, with 12 months warranty. Turbos on the shelf go out next day; others are reconditioned to order in 2-3 working days.
