BMW 3 Series 330d turbochargers

The 330d uses a 3.0 straight-six diesel (M57 in the E46 and E90, N57 in the F30, B57 in the G20) with a single variable-geometry turbo on most versions. Smoke, whistle, loss of power and an underboost fault code are the usual signs that the turbo needs attention.

We list 13 turbochargers for the BMW 3 Series 330d (E46, E90, E93, E92, F34, E91 and F31), diesel, 184-286 hp, built 1999-2026. 4 of them are on the shelf now. Prices from £265 inc. VAT. Different power outputs and model years use different turbochargers - the list below shows which version each one fits.

Reconditioned turbos are stripped, cleaned, rebuilt with new bearings and seals, balanced and tested in our own workshop, with 12 months warranty. Turbos on the shelf go out next day; others are reconditioned to order in 2-3 working days.
